Role: Cisco / NetScaler / F5 Load Balancer & Windows VMware Administrator
Location: Milan, Italy
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week
Contract: B2B / Freelancer
Rate: €200–€300 per day

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Windows & VMware Administrator with strong expertise in Cisco, NetScaler and/or F5 Load Balancers to support and maintain a complex enterprise infrastructure environment.
The role involves L2/L3 administration, troubleshooting, incident/change/problem management, patching, performance monitoring and RCA across Windows Server, VMware and load-balancing environments.
Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in Windows/VMware infrastructure administration.




- Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 .
- Strong Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter and vSphere .
- Experience with vMotion, VM management and VMware patching/LCM .
- Experience with at least one of Cisco / NetScaler / F5 Load Balancers .
- Strong troubleshooting and L2/L3 production support experience.
- Experience with Incident, Change, Problem Management and RCA .
- Knowledge of PowerShell and/or PowerCLI .
- Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation .
