payments This position offers a base annual compensation of 35.000- 45.000 Euro gross and is eligible for a Production Premio. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.

- Proven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture
- Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation
- Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Basic math skills and good use of logic
- Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ab
