Meliá Hotels International is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor in Milan to oversee a kitchen section, ensuring high quality, proper preparation, and presentation of dishes while supporting the Executive/Sous Chef.
You will lead a small team, maintain cleanliness and stock rotation, and ensure efficient service in line with national standards. Fluency in Italian is required, and knowledge of English is a plus as part of our diverse hospitality family.
