Hermès Italie is seeking a Welcomist to join the Customer Experience team in Rome. You will welcome clients, nurture relationships, and support Sales Associates to deliver a bespoke luxury journey while coordinating appointments and events.
Fluency in Italian and English is required; a third language is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in linguistics or fashion is preferred, with experience in luxury retail or hospitality. Excel skills and a passion for excellence complete the profile.
