- Keep your truck storm-ready with pre- and post-run checks and basic maintenance.




- Stay in contact with your manager through the event so nothing gets missed and every site gets covered.

What You Bring
- A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. This is a driving role, and every driver's motor vehicle record is reviewed.
- One to two years of plowing or commercial driving experience is preferred, but the right reliable, teachable driver can be trained.
- This is a seasonal winter role (roughly November through April) with on-call storm response: nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts when snow hits. We aim to clear our properties within about 12 hours of a storm, so when it snows, we need you ready.
- Dependability when the forecast turns: plow drivers are the first ones we call when a storm rolls in.
- The physical stamina to work long, on-call shifts outdoors in cold, snow, and ice, staying alert behind the plow from the first push to the last.
