Within the Leonardo Aeronautica Service BU,
specifically in the Customer Support & Services organizational unit, we are looking for a Front Desk Support for our Grosseto base.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitoring of national and international shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and proactively intervening to prevent any delays in the various phases of the logistics process;
* Coordination of restock activities between the different operational bases, ensuring the maintenance of minimum warehouse levels necessary to guarantee fleet efficiency. Operational management of the CMSS contract relating to chemical products, with supervision of arrivals and warehouse loading/unloading registrations including inventory checks;
* Support to Security by Business with drafting and, where provided, forwarding of security documentation for transport as required by regulations.
Education:
Second-grade high school diploma.
