Within the Mid-Market Cyber Security team, Account Success Management is critical—ensuring every client engagement delivers measurable value while unlocking growth opportunities across the portfolio.
What You’ll Do
* Own client relationships, retention, and account growth for cyber security needs of clients
* Lead onboarding and sales-to-delivery transition
* Collaborate with technical teams during delivery
* Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
* Manage account health, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in account management or customer success with cyber security experience
* Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills




* Understanding of technology or cyber environments
