We're Hiring: Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer

We're looking for passionate, high energy and dynamic candidate who is motivated to start their journey toward becoming an Operational Excellence professional. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants.
What You’ll Do:
- Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes
- Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)




- Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow
- Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment
- Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands‑on involvement

Required:
- Italian and English speaker
- Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately
- Confident communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environments
- Basic knowledge of Lean tools
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
