Present, promote and sell MARS’ solution portfolio to existing and prospective customers.
Grow market share, boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
B. Duties and Responsibilities：1.Solution/Product
- Originate opportunities and create compelling customer proposals for energy storage solutions.
- Capture customer requirements, collaborate with Solution team to complete the commercial and technical proposal, deliver compelling offers for the customers deliver compelling offers for key customers.
- Negotiate key commercial terms with the customer and reach to close transactions.
2.Customer
- Driving account sales strategy and establish communication cadence with the extended account resources to ensure full engagement and accountability and develop relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support and participate in business development and sales meetings with customers and represent MARS at industry conferences and professional forums.
3.Market
- Understand the go to markets dynamics, define business cases, and disseminate functional requirements with internal business and engineering colleagues.
- Report market activities and developments back to the company.
C. Requirements：
- Relevant sales or commercial experience within the energy industry, experience within the solar PV installer sector is preferred.
- Affinity with the renewable energy sector and a passion to learn.
- Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
