Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) transports natural gas from the giant Shah Deniz field in the Azerbaijanisector of the Caspian Sea to Europe. TAP is connected to Interconnector Greece Bulgaria (IGB) which started its commercial operations in October 2022, delivering Caspian gas to Bulgaria, thereby enhancing the security of energy supplies in one more European country. As a key part of the Southern Gas Corridor, TAP is strategically and economically important to Europe and essential in providing reliable access to a new source of natural gas. TAP plays a significant role in boosting Europe's energy security, supply diversification, as well as its decarbonisation objectives. We are looking for our HR Business Partner in Italy: TAP's HR presence on the ground, based at the Pipeline Receiving Terminal in Melendugno. Reporting to the HRBP & TA Lead, you will be the first point of reference on people matters for employees and managers in Italy, the local partner of site management, and the Italian interface of TAP's HR teams — Reward, HR Operations, Engagement & Development and Talent Acquisition. Be the first point of contact for employees and line managers in Italy, with practical guidance on HR policies and processes Partner with local management on people topics and manage employee relations cases, from grievances to disciplinary processes Act as TAP's day-to-day interface with employee representatives and trade unions,
applying the CCNL Energy & Oil and company-level agreements Deliver the employee lifecycle end to end — from onboarding to offboarding — and coordinate payroll inputs with our HR Operations team and external provider Bring local data and context into company-wide reward, development and talent processes, and run them in Italy Ensure HR practices in Italy comply with labour law, the CCNL and company policies A degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline At least 5 years in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles in Italy Hands‐on experience with Italian labour law, collective agreements and trade union relations in a unionised environment Experience in an industrial, energy or similarly regulated environment Experience in an international company, or a clear drive to work across countries and teams Confidence with HR systems and reporting (Cornerstone or equivalent, Excel) Native‐level Italian and fluent English, at least C1 (TAP's working language) What we ask of you is matched by what you can ask of TAP: the guidance of dedicated expert teams, room to grow, and trust from day one. The base salary range for this position is EUR 50,000 to EUR 55,000 gross per year + variable + standard TAP benefits.
