Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina seeks a skilled Pizzaiolo to lead the pizza program for its upcoming luxury alpine resort in Cortina d'Ampezzo. You will craft dough, manage fermentation, bake pizzas to Mandarin Oriental standards, and help pre-opening setup and ongoing operations with a focus on quality and consistency.
You will work closely with the culinary team, uphold food safety and HACCP guidelines, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, upscale environment.
