The HEADFOUND Group is a fast-growing recruitment consultancy focused on the German market. From our location in Milan, Italy, we support clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in filling challenging and specialized positions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a German-speaking Executive Assistant with a legal background to support our management team in day-to-day operations and contractual matters.

Your ResponsibilitiesSupporting the CEO in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and the preparation and follow-up of meetings
Reviewing, preparing, and managing contracts, particularly framework agreements with clients and partners
Researching legal matters, including employment law, contract law,



and compliance, and preparing decision-making documents
Creating and maintaining documents, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations in German
Communicating with German-speaking clients, candidates, and external partners via email and phone
Supporting administrative and organizational processes and continuously improving them
Your ProfileCompleted or ongoing university studies in Law or a comparable legal qualification
Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with a strong focus on quality
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Initial professional experience as an Executive Assistant, in a law firm, or in contract management is a plus
German language skills at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken, are mandatory
English language skills are an advantage
Absolute discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
