T he Atrium Health Floyd family of health care services is a leading medical provider and economic force in northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama. Atrium Health Floyd is part of Charlotte, North Carolina-based Advocate Health, the third-largest nonprofit health system in the United States, created from the combination of Atrium Health and Advocate Aurora Health. Atrium Health Floyd also operates a stand-alone emergency department in Chattooga County, the first such facility to be built from the ground-up in Georgia.




Floyd Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead key service areas, including the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Assessment Department (ER & Onsite), and Inpatient Therapy team. This role is responsible for providing operational oversight, clinical leadership, and program coordination across multiple levels of behavioral health care. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and operational knowledge in behavioral health settings. Success in this role also requires effective communication skills, relationship management, and the flexibility to oversee multiple programs and locations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Plans and monitors the needs of the program. Assesses program development needs and financial viability of the program in collaboration with the director.
