You will ship features that touch real money and real journeys, and you will help decide what Wayora becomes. Small team, short distances: the person who writes the code is in the room where the product is decided. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDesign and ship features end to end, on flows where real money moves /li liOwn the quality and reliability of the booking flow /li liIntegrate external travel and payment systems behind a clean product surface /li liGrow the technical foundations as the product grows: correctness, performance, tooling /li liWeigh in on product decisions: with a team this size,
your judgement counts /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAt least 4 years of professional experience, with solid full-stack TypeScript and React, or equivalent /li liFull right to work in Italy and the European Union /li liEnglish at B2 level or above; Italian is a plus /li liCare for correctness on transactional systems: money and bookings leave no room for "mostly works" /li liEarly-stage autonomy: you own problems, not tickets /li liGenuine interest in travel; experience building AI products is a plus /li /ul h3Contract /h3 pPermanent contract, with a probationary period.
