Our services include pre‑deal commercial and operations due diligence, post‑merger integration, business plan development, financial restructuring and insolvency solutions, and performance improvement, including interim management. /p pWe work with major international financial institutions, private equity houses, global law firms, and corporates,oncases encompassing an extensive range of industries. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pOur Associates will gain an overview ofall aspects of Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting. The successful candidate will participate in project teams, working with clients on the execution of various engagements. /p pDay‑to‑day tasks will vary by day, but you can expect to undertake many of the following: /p ul liResearching an identified sector or business to evaluate past trends, market sentiments, strategic, operational, commercial issues and opportunities and potential improvement areas. /li liContribute to reports, pitches, stakeholder presentations and industry thought pieces. /li liAssist in conductingdetailed market and company analysis to identify advisory opportunities. /li liAssist in performingfinancial and operational modelling to evaluate business viability, liquidity and profitability. /li liAssist in assessingoperational efficiency through benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities. /li liAssist in the development of business plans, turnaround strategies and implementation roadmaps. /li liContribute to carve‑out and integration planning, supporting execution of restructuring initiatives. /li liDepending on capability and opportunity, being a part of a project and supporting team with analysis and deliverable creation. /li /ul h3How You’ll Grow /h3 pWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
