Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system - reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility. /p h3What we do /h3 pWe are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Test Engineer (EE) to lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test solutions for complex electromechanical and robotic systems. This role is responsible for driving electrical test architecture, developing scalable manufacturing test fixtures, supporting PCBA and hardware design, and leading deployment activities across internal manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturers (CMs). /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liLead the design and development of electrical schematics, PCBAs, and interface boards for manufacturing test fixtures and validation systems. /li liOwn end-to-end hardware bring-up activities including component selection, schematic reviews, layout reviews, soldering/rework, and board-level debugging. /li liArchitect and develop scalable manufacturing test systems involving power distribution, relays, multiplexing, signal conditioning, DAQ systems, and measurement instrumentation. /li liDevelop and maintain automated test software and frameworks (Python preferred) for instrument control, test execution, data logging, and production diagnostics. /li liPerform advanced electrical debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, power analyzers, and protocol analyzers to isolate board-level and system-level failures. /li liLead manufacturing deployment and production support activities across internal sites and Contract Manufacturers (CMs), including troubleshooting, yield improvement, and failure analysis. /li liAnalyze test data, production failures, and field issues to drive improvements in product reliability, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency. /li liDefine test strategies, validation plans, and manufacturing test requirements for new product introductions (NPI). /li liCollaborate closely with Electrical, Firmware, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve system performance. /li liLead technical projects and coordinate execution timelines, deliverables, and deployment readiness.
/li liMentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, helping establish engineering best practices and debugging methodologies. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives for test architecture, fixture reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liBS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware design, manufacturing test engineering, or system validation. /li liStrong expertise in schematic capture, PCBA design, and hardware development using tools such as Altium, or equivalent. /li liExtensive experience in board bring-up, soldering, rework, and component-level debugging. /li liDeep understanding of analog and digital circuit design including power electronics, signal integrity, grounding, EMI/noise considerations, and protection circuits. /li liStrong hands-on experience with electrical test instrumentation including oscilloscopes, DMMs, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, logic analyzers, and DAQ systems. /li liExperience designing and building manufacturing test fixtures involving relays, multiplexers, interface boards, and automated measurement systems. /li liProficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for test automation and manufacturing diagnostics. /li liStrong experience supporting manufacturing environments and working directly with Contract Manufacturers (CMs). /li liExperience with communication protocols including CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and related debugging tools. /li liFamiliarity with data logging, database integration, test result analytics, and failure trend analysis. /li liExperience working with embedded systems, sensors, motor systems, or electromechanical products. /li liProven ability to lead technical projects, drive execution, and mentor junior engineers. /li liStrong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
/li /ul h3Preferred qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working with robotics, automation systems, or high-volume manufacturing environments. /li liFamiliarity with SCPI-based instrument control and automated validation frameworks. /li liExperience with production diagnostics, reliability testing, and root cause analysis methodologies. /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture ergonomics, and design-for-test (DFT) principles. /li /ul h3Our environment /h3 ul liUp to 20% of travel may be required.
