The HAU cares for high acuity medically complex patients with a dedicated 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio. In the HAU you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture and care from day one, and play a key role in launching a unit designed for excellence. We are welcoming nurses who thrive and find fulfillment in a fast-paced, clinically challenging environment and who value collaboration, autonomy, and continuous growth.We're Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationWhat You'll Do:As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
