A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses. /p pFor our Helicopters Division, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as day by day main contact for each Customer providing timely responses to their needs; /li liUnderstand Customer operations and needs, to identify the proper level of service performances to be monitored; /li liDecide the best approach towards the Customer in resolving operational issues, both in terms of feasibility, time schedule and cost impact; /li liInfluence Customer operational standards, proposing LHD service solutions (Service Plans, Spare Parts Planning, Spare Parts Packages, BOA Contracts, etc.) as part of joint improvement initiatives; /li liOrganize periodic visits at Customer, together with the relevant Technical Representative; /li liMonitor fleet performances and LHD service delivery performances (through a set of defined KPIs), against defined targets; /li liDefine appropriate target performance levels for each Customer (in addition to the ones already formalized through service contracts), based on a detailed assessment of their operations and needs; /li liCoordinate Service Delivery departments ensuring delivery alignment with Customer expectations and Contractual requirements.
