The prestige and volume of our completed and ongoing projects have put our company at the forefront of the European constructionmarket! /p pWe are looking for a bSite Engineer /b having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our upcoming project near Verona. /p h3As for the skills and experience we are looking for: /h3 ul liUniversity degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or Architecture /li liMinimum 4 years of experience on international industrial/construction projects /li liAwareness of Italian construction codes and regulations /li liExperience in superstructure construction /li liExcellent organization and teamwork skills /li liProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment /li liSelf-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized /li liExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office software /li liFluent in English and Italian verbal and written /li liGood communication skills and well-motivated /li liNo obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long-term /li /ul h3Job Description: /h3 ul liOversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager's guidance /li liConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements /li liCollaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completion /li liAnalyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities /li liCoordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials,



ensuring their compliance with industry standards /li liIdentifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards /li liMaintain accurate project documentation and evidence, including daily progress reports, site diaries, change orders, site photographs, etc /li liTo assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy's safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations /li liTo prepare daily and daily/weekly progress reports /li liAssist in the preparation of the project as built /li /ul h3We are offering /h3 ul liDaily hot meals on-site at the canteen, /li liCompany phone and laptop, /li liLinkedIn Learning access, /li liA collaborative work culture that values your input, /li liA key role in innovative construction projects. /li /ul pSYNERGY processes your personal data for labor relations purposes (labor management, staffing and recruitment needs) in order to act at your request before concluding an individual employment agreement.
