We're building a leaner, smarter B2B operation, and we need someone to help run it.
The roleThis is a commercial + operations role. Half of it is owning and growing a portfolio of smaller wholesale accounts, building pipeline, running outreach, and closing orders. The other half is making the machine behind those orders work: coordinating warehouse fulfilment, managing international shipments, and keeping the export and customs process clean.
You'll report to the Sales Manager and sit at the centre of a process we're actively redesigning.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of narrow-liner wholesale accounts, from prospecting and outreach through to closing
- Run the logistics — coordinate with our warehouse and fulfilment partners so orders ship accurately and on time
- Manage international shipping and export — prepare and check customs paperwork, work with freight forwarders and brokers, and keep goods moving cleanly across borders
- Keep the data clean — own the CRM, the store-finder listing, and consignment stock reporting
- Keep customers happy — handle order confirmations, stock and shipping updates, and day-to-day account queries without the back-and-forth
1–3 years in sales, account management, or B2B/wholesale operations
Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination (working with 3PLs, managing stock and fulfilment)
Practical experience exporting goods internationally xlwpduy — customs documentation, freight forwarders, Incoterms, commodity codes, and cross-border duties
