Specific focus is on Capex planning, execution with an Early management approach oriented to vertical start up. The position is accountable to the competency's growth and alignment inside the engineering community of The Emeal cluster. He/she is responsible for the application of existing group standard and of capex execution according to state of art.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure full application of AEI standards and define missing ones where required.Build, certify, and leverage technical competencies, promoting internal expertise through Community of Practices.Govern major projects above an agreed threshold, applying vertical start ‑ up and early management.Define and manage KPIs for Capex execution and engineering performance.Drive digital initiatives (e.G. SAP MII, S/4HANA, E ‑ Sim) and coordinate asset replacement programs.What You’ll BringYou hold a University Degree in Engineering (Chemical, mechanical or electrotechnical)You have at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing roles in multinational company and consulting (F&B,
