The HAU cares for high acuity medically complex patients with a dedicated 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio. In the HAU you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture and care from day one, and play a key role in launching a unit designed for excellence. We are welcoming nurses who thrive and find fulfillment in a fast-paced, clinically challenging environment and who value collaboration, autonomy, and continuous growth. /ph3We're Looking For: /h3ulliCompletion of an accredited or approved program in nursing /liliRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices /liliBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association /li /ulh3What You'll Do: /h3pAs a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
