h3About this vacancy /h3 pWe are looking for an RD Engineer with solid mechanical design experience to contribute to the development of new machines and systems for the radiopharmaceutical sector (synthesis modules, dispensing and fractionation systems, quality control systems, shielded components, and handling in confined environments). /p pMechanical design is the core of this position: you will be responsible for the development cycle of the component and assembly, from concept to prototype, validation, and transfer to production. /p pMain responsibilities: /p ul liDesign and develop mechanical systems and assemblies for radiopharmaceutical machines, from concept to detailed design /li liCreate 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) applying GDT and technical drawing standards /li liDesign radiation shielding (lead, tungsten, steel) optimizing weight, dimensions, and ALARA /li liDesign fluidic paths and components in contact with the product (valves, tubes, single-use cassettes, connections),
selecting compatible materials (e.g., 316L, PEEK, PTFE, PP) /li liDesign motion and automation systems (pneumatic and electric actuators, slides, arms, gripping and transfer mechanisms) /li liProduce and validate prototypes, define test plans, and analyze results /li liPerform tolerance analyses, structural calculations, and, where necessary, FEM simulations /li liWork with electronics, software, and controls in a multidisciplinary team /li liContribute to technical documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and GMP requirements (design specification, risk assessment/FMEA, support for IQ/OQ/PQ) /li liSelect and qualify suppliers and components, supporting industrialization and production /li liManage design changes (change control) and support technical assistance and continuous improvement of installed products /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
