h3ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK /h3pWe are looking for an administrative professional to join our team! /ppWe are seeking a bhighly qualified /b individual to join our administrative department with a strong focus on financial management. /ppThe ideal candidate has a degree in Economics and is capable of independently managing all accounting activities and economic-financial planning. /ppbKey requirements /b include the ability to manage a comprehensive schedule (installments, payments, and collections), as well as advanced skills in preparing a bmonthly financial plan /b based on cash flows and drafting a monthly forecasted income statement. /ppThe role will involve recording financial transactions in the general ledger, including those from digital payment platforms (such as PayPal and other online systems), ensuring accurate reconciliation of all flows, including purchases, refunds, and ancillary operations. /ppThe individual will also be responsible for recording supplier invoices (goods and services, including those related to digital platforms and marketing),



verifying inventory valuations to support balance sheet control, and issuing sales invoices to customers and resellers, with submission via SDI. /ppThe role is completed by managing periodic receipts, analyzing purchase and customer returns, and monitoring anomalies using dedicated company platforms. /ppWe are looking for an organized, competent, and proactive individual, capable of independently managing administrative activities, available to start immediately. /ppRequirements: /pulliDegree in Economics /liliPrevious experience in an administrative and financial role /liliExcellent knowledge of accounting processes /liliAccuracy, reliability, and competence /liliFriendly, helpful, and collaborative attitude /li /ulpWe offer a contract commensurate with experience, with inclusion in a dynamic and creative environment. /ppHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
