Your Purpose

Your Impact
- Handles travel agencies’ telephone calls, in line with the Service Standards and Procedures;
- Responds to travel agents’ requests coming by telephone, email or fax;
- Promotes MSC Cruises products and services;
- Uses the reservation system to process telephone sales;
- Assists travel agents with specialist support such as reservations changes,
purchase of additional services and special requests.
Your Journey so far
- Experience dealing with clients either over the phone or face-to-face.
- Sales experience (preferable).
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Proactivity and results orientation.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Your Essentials
- Fluent in Italian and English; any additional European language (particularly French or German) is considered an advantage.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing & Communication, or Linguistic Studies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
