Here below your responsibilities: /h3ulliEnsure an effective interface between the Project organization and the Procurement functions; /liliInterface with the equivalent Client function, where required; /liliPlan and coordinate the procurement processes for materials, services, and subcontracting activities; /liliEnsure that procurement activities comply with project requirements and constraints; /liliContribute to ensuring full compliance with tendering procedures; /liliAnalyse contractual terms and client requirements; /liliContribute to project planning and scheduling activities; /liliDefine and issue the Project Procurement Procedures in line with Company procedures and contractual obligations; /liliDefine the applicable General Conditions and Special Conditions and prepare the Instructions to Bidders; /liliAgree and manage all procurement milestones, from the issuance of the Purchase Requisition through to the issuance of the Purchase Order, ensuring compliance with project deadlines; /liliConsolidate the Project Vendors/Subcontractors List and bidders lists, taking into account Project requirements and contributions from other functions; /liliDefine the Project procurement strategy; /liliMonitor the consumption of man-hours allocated to Procurement, identifying corrective or mitigating actions as required; /liliEnsure compliance with procurement guidelines and procedures; /liliContribute to Tendering Strategies; /liliPerform a preliminary review of the admissibility of the Technical Evaluation of bids; /liliReview draft contracts, with particular attention to any deviations from Company standards and/or Project requirements; /liliPrepare and issue periodic reports on the progress of Procurement activities. /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3pbEducation: /bMaster's Degree/bachelor's degree in Engineering /ppbExperience: 5-10 years /b as a Procurement Manager / Project Supply Chain Manager withinb OilGas field. /b /ppbLanguages: /bItalian and English B2/C1 /ppbTechnical/IT Skills: /bMicrosoft Office (EXCEL and WORD: ADVANCED LEVEL), knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba are a plus. /ph3What else should you know? /h3pThis role requires availability for long-term overseas assignments, based on project needs. /ph3What can we offer to you:
