Baker Hughes is seeking a Frac Engineer to lead field teams, design and execute fracturing and completion treatments at customer sites in the Adriatic region. You will work with downhole tools, frac vessels, and surface equipment to optimize treatments and deliver value.

This role requires onshore field engineering experience, strong client communication, and the ability to train and supervise crews. Expect cross-training and collaboration with multiple product lines while adhering to QA/QC
