This position requires a deep understanding of ver technology and its application in solving business problems. /p pIf you are looking for a challenging role that offers an interesting opportunity for professional growth, this could be the perfect fit for you. /p h3Tasks /h3 pEngineer VR03 Job Descritpion: /p h3DW IT infrastructure Level 2 operations Profile /h3 pResponsible for the operation, support, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise IT infrastructure environment, with a strong focus on stability, security, and standardization. /p pThe role acts as an escalation point for Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, contributes to problem management and root cause analysis, and supports infrastructure transformation initiatives aligned with Group IT standards /p pThis role works closely with Service Desk, Field Services, global infrastructure teams, and external vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery across end‑user and site infrastructure components. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as L2/L3 escalation point for incidents and service requests related to EIT infrastructure. /li liDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues beyond L1 capabilities, ensuring minimal business impact. /li liPerform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes. /li liEnsure proper incident, problem,
and change documentation in ITSM tool /li /ul h3Infrastructure EIT Technologies /h3 ul liSupport and maintain EIT-related infrastructure components, including: /li liLAN / Wi-Fi / WAN connectivity at sites /li liDeep knowledge on PC management (deployment tools, troubleshooting and inventory documentation) /li liPrint services (e.g. Follow‑Me / MyQ / Ricoh environments) /li liIdentity and access components (AD / Entra ID integration where applicable) /li liEndpoint and local site services supporting Digital Workplace /li liEnsure compliance with Group standards, security policies, and architecture guidelines. /li /ul h3Problem, Change Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liDrive problem management activities and contribute to trend analysis. /li liParticipate in change management (assessment, implementation, validation). /li liIdentify opportunities for standardization, automation, and service improvement. /li liSupport migrations, decommissioning of legacy solutions, and rollout of new group solutions. /li /ul h3Project Transformation Support /h3 ul liContribute to infrastructure and Digital Workplace projects (e.g. network standardization, printer fleet modernization, endpoint management initiatives). /li liSupport pilots, deployments, and transition to operations. /li liCollaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent implementation. /li /ul h3Vendor Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liCoordinate with external service providers and vendors (e.g. network, print, workplace partners). /li liAct as technical counterpart during escalations. /li liProvide clear technical communication to IT and business stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Documentation Knowledge Management /h3 ul liCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, HAM, SAM and knowledge articles. /li liSupport knowledge transfer to L1. /li /ul h3Qualification requirements /h3 h3Education/professional experience /h3 ul liExperience in business support, IT support, IT engineering or IT consultant. /li liBasic or Medium experience* in operations within a given field of IT /li liBachelor degree of engineering, information management or business administration /li /ul pAdditions / Details: /p pMNC experience, ITIL certificate, international IT related certificate or higher education diploma will be plus /p h3Professional and/or project management competencies /h3 ul liTask-specific IT technology competence /li liQuality management Compliance /li liData protection IT security /li liIT service management /li liRisk management /li /ul h3Languages required: /h3 pNative Italian mandatory /p pEnglish /p h3Requirements /h3 h3Minimum qualifications and skills required of the candidate /h3 ul li1. Minimum 18 months of experience in the IT sector. Windows Platform, Microsoft Active Directory, VMs. /li li2. Proven analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. /li li3. Adaptable and flexible, willing where necessary to work out of hours, when required for projects or emergency support. /li li4. Knowledge of the Italian and English languages, both colloquial and technical, for use on a daily basis. /li li5.
