Floyd Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead key service areas, including the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP),
Assessment Department (ER & Onsite), and Inpatient Therapy team. This role is responsible for providing operational oversight, clinical leadership, and program coordination across multiple levels of behavioral health care. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and operational knowledge in behavioral health settings.
Success in this role also requires effective communication skills, relationship management, and the flexibility to oversee multiple programs and locations.
Major Responsibilities: Plans and monitors the needs of the program. Assesses program development needs and financial viability of the program in collaboration with the director. Develops treatment protocols and designs and executes outcome studies regarding treatment effectiveness, to determine further enhancements/modifications for increased efficiency and productivity.
