We invest heavily in our team members who enjoy industry-leading professional development, exceptional career opportunities, and mobility across our group. /p h3ROLE SUMMARY: /h3 pInspired Group is seeking to appoint an Early Years Educator to join a well-established Primary School at the International School of Siena. /p pThis will be a fixed term role, starting from February 2027 until end of June 2027. /p pApplicants must have experience of teaching IB PYP or a strong background in Early Years Reggio-Inspired teaching. /p pThe successful applicant will be a dynamic teacher with experience of enabling students to achieve their potential. We are looking for experience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching, to inspire our students with a love of learning. They need to be a team player that can work within a small but busy Primary School,



collaborating with specialists and also managing their own curriculum under pressure. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liCreating Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge all students and are in line with the school's curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements. You will individualise and differentiate learning, ensuring each student is stretched, supported, and makes outstanding progress. /li liSupporting and Assessing Progress: Regularly assess students' in-class and at-home learning, providing targeted feedback to drive progress and ensure all students are challenged and supported in reaching their potential. /li liBuilding a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a classroom and school environment where students are invested in each other's flourishing, feel valued and supported, and are ready to take risks in their learning. /li liCollaborating and Sharing Best Practices: Work closely with colleagues as an active member of our learning community, sharing best practices, collaborating with colleagues, and dedicating yourself to your own professional development to ensure the highest standard of education for our students. /li liContributing to School Life: Play an active role in the school's co-curricular programme, helping to create a well-rounded, enriching educational experience.



From leading clubs to contributing to whole school initiatives, you will help shape the broader life of the school. /li liCollaborating with Parents: Maintain open and constructive communication with parents, building strong partnerships that support students' progress so that each child feels like an individual, well-known and respected. /li /ul h3THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: /h3 ul lito be in possession of a university degree in a related subject and an appropriate teaching qualification; /li lito have had recent experience successfully teaching the subject within the 3-5 year age range; /li lito be enthusiastic and passionate, showing a love of primary education and having the ability to convey this successfully to students of all abilities; /li liUnderstanding of EY assessment and data tracking to improve challenge and progress desirable; /li liExperience with PYP and/or Reggio-Inspired learning; /li liA firm understanding of the importance of personalised learning in an inclusive environment; /li liSomeone who is willing to commit to a longer-term position; /li liPlease only submit an application if you have Qualified Teacher Status and an EU passport holder or already be in possession of a valid visa that enables to work in Italy. /li /ul h3SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT: /h3 pInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
