Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care. /p pThe IT Operations Senior Analyst – Procurement Raw Materials Logistics works within the IT Operations team to ensure the highest level of support to the Business for the Raw Materials Logistics and Procurement areas, through solutions developed on SAP AFS. /p pThe role also contributes to ERP evolution projects and will be part of the project team supporting thetransition to SAP S/4HANA and the new PLM. /p pMain duties and responsibilities: /p ul liManage and plan system evolution and enhancement activities. /li liSupervise support and assistance to SAP users, with a focus on MM and WM modules. /li liEnsure the robustness and reliability of IT solutions developed on SAP AFS, working closely with both /li liinternal and external stakeholders to continuously maintain and improve system performance. /li liCollect feedback and business requirements from key users, managing system enhancements in line with /li licompany objectives and overall vision. /li liDevelop in-depth knowledge of the relevant business processes to translate new needs into functional /li lirequirements and technical specifications. /li liPerform system testing activities to support the release of new solutions.
