Your mission Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary, high-level liaison and trusted advisor for our Italian customer portfolio Project management: Drive the end-to-end implementation of our innovative payment process platform from kickoff to final rollout Risk mitigation: Identify onboarding bottlenecks proactively and resolve them cross-functionally through rigorous project tracking Training leadership: Lead comprehensive education sessions both remotely and on-site to ensure seamless product adoption by operational managers Account expansion: Upgrade existing clients to advanced feature sets by continuously demonstrating long-term strategic value Product alignment:
