The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice, part of Marriott International, is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a team of culinary professionals under the Executive Chef. You will prepare fresh ingredients, cook top-quality menu items, test dishes and maintain strict sanitation in a 5* luxury environment.
Italian work rights and 40-hour week applicability apply. Experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality is a big plus.
