Redline Group is partnered with a global leader in electronics distribution and technology solutions that is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the growth of a key Electronics Instrumentation partner across the Italian market.Based from the company’s Milan office on a hybrid basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international sales environment with clear opportunities for career progression.As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding market share across Italy within the Test & Measurement space. Working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, you will identify new opportunities, engage with customers, and promote cutting‑edge technical solutions.This position would suit a candidate with a technical background who is looking to build a long-term career in technical sales and has already gained some exposure to a commercial,



sales or customer-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and increase market share across ItalyProactively identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound activityManage and grow an active, unassigned customer baseBuild strong relationships with customers and prospectsCollaborate with internal sales and technical teams to maximise sales conversionSupport key accounts and larger commercial opportunitiesDeliver regular reporting and pipeline analysisKey RequirementsEducation in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a similar technical disciplineSome experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing roleFluent Italian and English communication skillsCommercially driven with a genuine interest in technical salesStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsSelf‑motivated, organised and proactiveKey InformationLocation: Milan, ItalyHybrid working - 2 days remoteFull product and sales training providedExcellent opportunity for career progression within an international organisation#J-18808-Ljbffr
