Overview
In this role you support People Partners and leaders to deliver core HR processes, shaping a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the go-to for people topics, help onboard and develop staff, and assist with workforce planning and policy implementation. You’ll collaborate across HR and Talent Acquisition to align hires with team needs and drive engagement. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position at Glovo, with opportunities to influence culture and operations.

Responsabilità
- Support execution of key HR processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent reviews)
- Be the first point of contact for employees on People topics
- Partner with managers on onboarding, probation, and development conversations
- Assist in identifying and addressing employee relations topics and escalate when needed
- Drive and support engagement initiatives to foster team culture
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and alignment with priorities
- Support workforce planning and organizational changes (transfers, promotions, restructuring)
- Ensure proper implementation of People policies and compliance with local regulations
- Analyze People data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
- Contribute to the design and execution of development plans and learning initiatives
- Support internal communication and change management initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years of experience in HR in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Labor Law, or related fields
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in analyzing HR data and turning insights into actions (a plus)
