helping to ensure the team is set up to meet daily targets /liliMentor assistants, junior and mid stylists providing support and guidance /liliStrong balance of hitting targets and creative, individual flair /li /ulh3The type of person we are looking for: /h3ulliGraduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education is an advantage /liliAt least 6 years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within the field of ecommerce or luxury /liliExtraordinary styling competence and a strong eye for detail /liliA true team player with positive attitude, composure and a strong work ethic as well as the ability to coordinate, guide and inspire a team on set /liliA strong and deep knowledge of menswear brands, trends and menswears fashion specifics /liliExcellent time management, organizational skills and reliability /liliExcellent oral and written English skills /li /ulh3Besides a competitive salary we can offer you: /h3ulliUp to 35 days of holiday (including vacation and ROL), depending on the length of service, starting with 26 days /liliStaff discount of up to 40% /liliLanguage e-learning courses /liliAccess to LinkedIn Learning /liliIndividual support on mental health well‑being (e.g. compatibility work and family life)
