A relevant PhD or MBA is considered a strong asset.3–5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial operations, supply chain management, manufacturing excellence, or process optimization within international organizations or consulting firms operating across Consumer Goods.Solid understanding of the broader Consumer Goods sector, including its value chains, operating models, regulatory environment, and key dynamics.Demonstrated involvement in shaping operations strategy, optimizing footprint design, and redesigning industrial networksKnowledge of enabling technologies, including the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data & Analytics, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Digital Twin technologiesDirect experience managing teams and resourcesExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindsetEnthusiasm for driving changeExcellent command of Microsoft and AI-powered toolsFamiliarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.G.,



Power BI, Tableau).Fluency in both Italian and English.
