JOB-1572 /h3 /brh3Summary /h3 /brpWe are looking for an HV Electrical Engineer to work on the development of industrial facilities, particularly in the field of renewable energy and green hydrogen production. The role aims to ensure the performance, reliability, and compliance of high-voltage electrical architectures, while supporting project teams in technical decision-making and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle. /p /brh3Your Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDefine, optimize, and validate the electrical architecture of installations, acting as the technical authority for high-voltage systems (HV networks, HV/MV and MV/LV transformers), particularly for hydrogen production units based on electrolysis. /li /brliCoordinate and validate the design and sizing studies of HV/MV/LV electrical installations, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables. /li /brliParticipate in the technical evaluation of bids and engage in technical discussions with contractors and equipment suppliers, especially for electrolysis systems and associated infrastructure. /li /brliAdvise project teams on technical choices, taking into account the specific constraints of green hydrogen projects (high power demand, renewable energy integration, service continuity). /li /brliPropose innovative technical solutions aligned with energy transition challenges. /li /brliWork closely with project teams and other disciplines to ensure overall design consistency (process, utilities, renewables). /li /brliContribute to the development of the company’s technical and quality framework (procedures, specifications, standards), integrating the specific requirements of green hydrogen projects. /li /brliLocation: Various geographical areas.



/li /br /ul /brh3Your Experience /h3 /brul /brliMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in high-voltage electrical engineering (HV/MV). /li /brliProven experience on large-scale industrial or energy projects, ideally in renewable energy or green hydrogen. /li /brliStrong knowledge of power transmission and distribution systems. /li /brliProficiency in HV electrical calculations and industry-standard simulation tools (e.g., ETAP). /li /br /ul /brh3Your Profile /h3 /brul /brliEngineering degree or specialized Master’s in Electrical Engineering. /li /brliStrong technical expertise in HV/MV and MV/LV systems and infrastructure. /li /brliGood knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and directives. /li /brliKnowledge of hydrogen production technologies (electrolysis, renewable integration) would be a plus. /li /brliAbility to work independently, strong team spirit, and capability to operate in multidisciplinary project environments. /li /brliProfessional level of English required. /li /br /ul /brh3Your Motivation /h3 /brpYou are not only an excellent bHV Electrical Engineer /b, but you are committed to providing process expertise in order to identify the best design solutions and contribute to industrial projects. /p /brh3Aldebaran Group /h3 /brpALDEBARAN Group operates in the energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting clients in France and abroad.
