Marte is an AI-native operating company based in Milan. We redesign and deliver business workflows, systems and initiatives for our clients, or take responsibility for running an entire business function on their behalf. We are operators, not advisors: we take over critical work and own the result.

The role
The Project Owner is the person our projects revolve around. One project, one owner. You hold the context, the daily client relationship, the decisions and the accountability for what we deliver.
Key responsibilities
• Define and evolve the project context: goals, constraints, history, success criteria
• Plan the project and run all communication with the client and the internal team
• Set up the project data layer: the structured knowledge the whole project runs on
• Deploy and orchestrate our AI agents and workflows, which do the heavy production work
