The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. /liliConduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions. /liliFacilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments. /liliEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. /liliPartner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3ulliExperience developing training programs for diverse audiences is required.
