About us

Having launched Italy's first multi-signature Bitcoin wallet, we are now a leader in custody and tokenization solutions for digital assets. Our patented technology ensures the highest levels of security and reliability, serving both financial institutions and retail customers through our proprietary app. We work with global leaders such as Ferrari and Enel on pioneering tokenization projects that are reshaping the future of finance and Real World Assets (RWA).

To expand our Customer Care team, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with a passion for technology and crypto, excellent listening skills and the drive to give our users a flawless support experience. You'll join a small team where your contribution will be visible every day.

What you'll do
• You will handle customer requests across in-app chat, the website, and email using Intercom




• Help customers with identity verification, account opening and access, deposits, withdrawals and Bitcoin and crypto transactions.
• Handle requests from customers who use Conio's services through our partners' apps (Banca Generali, Hype, ebitts by Enel).
• Help keep our knowledge base and standard replies up to date, so customers can find the most common answers on their own.
• Bring the voice of the customer to the Product team: bugs, recurring requests and ideas for improvement.
• Work closely with the whole Conio team (Marketing, Compliance, IT, Product) and deepen your knowledge of Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies and digital assets every day.

What we're looking for
• Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and the ability to learn quickly.
• A strong passion for technology.
• Native or C2-level Italian.
• Autonomy in managing your work and the ability to set the right priorities.
