We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.
We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Key responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding & Master Data Management – Supports a seamless onboarding experience by collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate customer master data across relevant systems.
• Order Administration & System Accuracy – Ensures timely and precise maintenance of order-related information in ERP and CRM systems, contributing to smooth operational processes.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Serves as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving standard topics independently and escalating complex matters when appropriate.




• Proactive Customer Communication – Keeps customers informed about delivery changes, delays, shortages, and order updates to support a positive customer experience.
• Billing & Order Execution Support – Assists with invoicing activities, inventory-related processes, and the timely coordination of billing and invoice clarification topics.
• Training & Process Support – Supports system-related trainings and helps customers and internal stakeholders navigate operational processes effectively.
• Escalation & Continuous Improvement – Identifies operational challenges, escalates issues when needed, and contributes to process optimization through feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Service Excellence & Data Quality – Maintains high standards in case documentation, data accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction while supporting consistent service delivery.
