Purpose of Job:
As our HSE Manager - RSPP,
you will provide leadership and technical expertise in Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S;) for our Arzignano site while supporting EHS activities at our Molfetta location. You will play a key role in driving compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, supporting sustainability initiatives, and ensuring alignment with Italian, European, and corporate standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the formally appointed RSPP for the Arzignano site and lead all Prevention and Protection Service activities.
• Ensure compliance with Italian and European environmental, health, and safety legislation, permits, and internal company standards.
• Coordinate risk assessments, maintain the DVR, and support the implementation of effective prevention and protection measures.
• Lead EHS&S; programs, audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action plans.
