The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the hotel's HR function and supporting a high-performance culture built around exceptional guest service, employee engagement, luxury hospitality standards, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in luxury hotels, international hospitality environments, or premium service organizations, who understands the importance of creating an exceptional employee experience that translates into an exceptional guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources LeadershipLead and oversee the day-to-day Human Resources function for the hotel.
Partner with the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team on people strategy and organizational priorities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with luxury hospitality standards.




Act as a trusted HR business partner to department heads and senior leadership.
Ensure HR practices comply with Italian employment legislation and applicable labor regulations.
