About The Role
What Will You Do? ?
Your mission will be simple: make sure our go-to-market machine runs smoothly.
You will work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Leadership, helping teams stay aligned, ensuring information flows effectively, and supporting the operational backbone of a fast-growing company.
• Own and improve our GTM processes: As Smartness grows, processes naturally become more complex. You will be responsible for helping our commercial organization operate efficiently by continuously reviewing and improving workflows across Sales and Customer Success.
You'll identify bottlenecks, spot communication gaps, and help create scalable ways of working that allow teams to move faster while staying aligned. You'll also ensure that process changes are properly documented, communicated, and adopted across the business.
• Drive cross-functional alignment: One of the biggest challenges in a growing organization is ensuring that information reaches the right people at the right time. You will act as a bridge between teams, helping coordinate initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure everyone is working from the same playbook. Whether it's a process change, a strategic initiative, or an operational update, you'll help make sure communication is clear, consistent, and actionable.
• Become the operational backbone of our CRM ecosystem: CRM sits at the heart of many of our commercial processes, and you'll play a key role in making sure it remains accurate,
