BACK OFFICE TAX & CLIENT SUPPORT

? 100% Remote | ? 30 hours per week | ☀️ Morning working hours
Expath specializes in providing tax and administrative services to international clients living in Italy.
We are looking for a Back Office Tax & Client Support professional to join our international team.
You will support our Tax Specialists and clients with day-to-day administrative activities, documentation and customer support.
What you’ll do
✅ Manage daily Client Support communications and requests
✅ Follow up on ongoing cases and keep clients updated
✅ Support Tax Specialists with the collection and organisation of client documentation
✅ Keep client records and CRM information up to date
✅ Support administrative activities, including invoicing, F24 forms, Intrastat and tax return submissions
✅ Assist with the onboarding of new clients and related documentation
✅ Support clients with the issuance of their first invoices and provide further assistance when needed
What we’re looking for
✔ Fluent written and spoken English, as all client communication is in English




✔ Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
✔ Previous experience in administration and/or customer support
✔ Previous experience in an accounting or tax firm is a plus
✔ Candidates based in or around Milan and available to occasionally work from our Milan office will be preferred

Contract & Compensation
CCNL Studi Professionali, Level IV | RAL (F/T equivalent, prorated according to working hours) €22.000 - €24.000, depending on experience and skills.
