MEININGER Hotels is looking for Supervisor F&B; to help create a unique stay for our guest

YOUR TASKS
• You oversea service & preparation while working along with the team with a clear focus on servicing our guests
• You are responsible for ensuring a smooth work atmosphere as well as the organization of service shifts
• You lead the service team in close relation with your Assistant Hotel Manager
• You are responsible for observing and maintaining MEININGER quality standards in the public area of the hotel as well as in the bar and kitchen
• You monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables and check deliveries
• You are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guests
YOUR PROFILE
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• You like to lead a team, set a good example and show a sense of service
• You work efficiently and in a well-structured way
• You have a high service orientation and excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in Italian and English (B2), any additional language is an advantage
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon and evening shift
