About The Team
The Integrated Talent Management (ITM) team partners with business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipelines, employee growth, and performance culture across the organization.
Your Role
As an ITM Intern, you will join the ITM team in Philip Morris Italy and actively contribute to projects that support employee growth, leadership development, learning culture, and organizational effectiveness. This internship provides unique exposure to strategic HR initiatives while allowing you to develop project management, data analysis,
stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
• Performance Management:
• Support the team in coordinating communications, training sessions, and manager enablement activities.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of performance management KPIs.
• Leadership, Learning & Development:
•
• Support the deployment of learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Monitor participation, completion rates, and feedback from learning interventions.
• Contribute to the promotion of learning opportunities and employee development resources.
• Support process improvements and simplification initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for key stakeholders.
Skills & Capabilities
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, Economics, or
