We are looking for a highly driven sales hunter to accelerate profitable growth across the Italian packaging market. You will identify, win and develop new business opportunities, expand our presence in luxury and food packaging, and build strategic relationships with key converters and brand owners.

Your Role as Sales Manager – What You’ll Be Doing

• New Business Acquisition: Prospect, develop and win new customers and projects across Italy, delivering sustainable sales growth.
• Market Expansion: Penetrate targeted market segments, identify white-space opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
• Strategic Selling: Lead high-value commercial negotiations, develop winning value propositions, and close complex deals.
• Key Account Development: Grow and defend strategic accounts through structured business plans and executive-level engagement.
• Commercial Leadership: Deliver sales, profitability, volume and market share targets in line with business objectives.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor customer needs,



competitive activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions.

Your Profile as Sales Manager – What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales and business development experience within packaging, printing, inks, coatings, specialty chemicals or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in international matrix organizations and in winning new business, opening strategic accounts and delivering profitable growth.
• Deep understanding of luxury packaging, food packaging and converter markets.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence decision-makers at senior management level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong resilience and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English as well as presentat
