As a Senior Project Manager – CTS Extended Scope, you will be responsible for: /pulliDriving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments /liliBeing the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes /liliMaking sure that project financials, on‑time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets /liliAddressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out. /liliActing as innovator, creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies /liliLeading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies. /liliCovering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs.
/liliWorking to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures /li /ulh3To be successful in this role you will: /h3ulliHave a degree in engineering and substantial experience in Project Management related to industrial plants and power generation. /liliHave excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level. /liliHave an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioural, influencing and leadership skills. /liliBe proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash. /liliHave a thorough knowledge of TCs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management. /liliHave good background in turbomachinery. /liliNew energy solutions project management is considered a plus. /liliBe able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations. /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
